Have you seen some of your custom lists and document libraries looking different? Well within the new look custom lists there will be a couple of additional features …these are PowerApps and Flow.

| OneDrive Sync
If MiVirtual built your SharePoint site we would have already advised against synchronising your document libraries to your desktops….and we still feel the same way. However, there are instances where this may be unavoidable and if you’ve held off for as long as you can then this is great news for you.
At their Ignite conference in September last year they made an awesome announcement that they were giving the back-end an overhaul and just recently it has been announced that the updated syncing option (which uses OneDrive) is now ready for use and is working really well!

This is pretty cool! It is only available to Office 365 K1, E1, E3 and E5 plans, but for growing businesses it could be worth the upgrade!

The following are some other great tools included with O365
Your own customised dashboard of your virtual office. This is super awesome and could save you some serious time.
This app allows you to view your intranet/virtual office from your mobile or tablet. Such a wonderful tool and combined with the PowerApps and Flow you can be out with a client and fill in a form (custom list entry) then and there!
